- in the app, at sign-up and in Settings.
You can save and print them. On request we will email them to you as a PDF.
- These terms exist in Polish and English with the same content. If the versions differ, the Polish version prevails. If you are a consumer and the English version is more favourable to you, we apply the English version.
§ 2. Types and scope of services
- In the Service you can:
- plan and log strength workouts: weekly plans, quick workouts, workouts added for a past date, sets, warm-ups, a rest timer and sets dictated by voice;
- use the exercise library and add your own exercises;
- track records, progress, statistics and summaries;
- use the muscle map, which shows muscle load and recovery;
- log sports activities with GPS or by time;
- run crews and friendships, publish posts, comments, reactions, photos and videos;
- write chat messages: one-to-one and crew chats;
- create events, sign up for them and train with friends in a group workout;
- take part in the monthly ranking of friends and crews;
- receive notifications;
- export and import your data;
- use the web panel: view and change workouts, plans, profile, body weight, chat and events.
- Some features work only if you turn them on and grant permission:
- Health Connect;
- location (GPS);
- camera and microphone;
- notifications;
- showing the timer over other apps;
- optional app statistics.
- The Service is free of charge (§ 17).
- You create your account in the app. In the web panel you sign in with the same email address and password.
- The app is in Polish. The website and the web panel are in Polish and English.
- We keep developing the Service. Features may change under § 14.
§ 3. Technical requirements and risks
- To use the app you need:
- a phone with Android 8.0 or newer;
- Google Play services, which handle notifications and updates;
- internet access: changes saved offline are sent later;
- space to install: the download from Google Play is about 200 MB.
- To use the web panel you need an up-to-date browser with JavaScript turned on.
- Software on your device:
- the app stores a cache, settings and a queue of changes to send on your phone;
- during a GPS activity a service runs with a visible notification;
- the rest timer can be shown over other apps if you allow it;
- the web panel keeps your sign-in session in the browser tab's memory. The session ends when you close the tab. The website does not use cookies.
- Specific risks worth knowing about:
- Account takeover, spam and phishing. Use a strong password that you do not use on other services, and never share it. We never ask for your password. Do not open suspicious links from other users.
- Who sees your Content. What you publish is seen by the audience you choose (§ 6(4)). Others can take screenshots.
- GPS routes. By default your friends and crew see your routes, without about 200 m at the start and the finish. Routes repeated every day can reveal where you live or work. You can turn off map visibility in settings.
- Meeting in person. Public events are visible to all signed-in users, including strangers. Safety rules are in § 10.
§ 4. Account
- You can create an account if you are at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, do not create an account.
- If you are 16 or 17, you can use the free Service. Paid features, if we introduce them, may require consent from a parent or guardian.
- Sign-up:
- you give an email address you have access to and a password;
- you create an account only for yourself;
- you do not impersonate anyone.
- When you create an account, you must tick the box "I accept the Terms of Service and the Community rules". Without this you cannot create an account. We record the version of the terms and the date of acceptance on your account. Next to the box there is a link to the Privacy policy. You do not accept the policy: it is information about how we process your data.
- At sign-up you can also, voluntarily and separately, agree to receive the GO Push IT newsletter:
- this box is not ticked in advance;
- without this consent you use the Service in the same way;
- you can withdraw consent at any time in Settings, with the link in every message or by email to [email protected].
- Keep your password safe and do not share your account. If you forget your password, you can change it with a link sent by email, in the app or on the website.
- After a permanent ban (§ 7(7)) you may not create a new account.
§ 5. Conclusion and termination of the contract
- The contract for using the Service is concluded when you create an account. It is concluded for an indefinite period.
You can terminate it at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, in two ways:
- in the app: Settings → Delete account;
- by email to [email protected]. We then delete the account within 30 days.
Before deletion you can download your data: in the web panel (CSV export) or in the app (Excel export). Instructions are on gopushit.com/en/delete-account/.
- After your account is deleted:
- we delete your data in line with the Privacy policy;
- crews, events and group workouts you share with others are taken over by another participant;
- your own exercises that others use stay with them without your name;
- we delete backups within 90 days at the latest.
We may terminate the contract only for important reasons:
- a permanent ban (§ 7(7));
- a legal obligation or a decision of an authority;
- shutting down the whole Service.
We will tell you about a shutdown at least 30 days in advance, by email and in the app, so that you can download your data.
§ 6. Rules of use and Content
- You use the Service in line with the law, these terms and good practice. You respect others.
- Publishing illegal content and content that breaks these terms is forbidden, in particular:
- hate speech and insulting anyone because of race, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age or appearance;
- harassment, threats, intimidation, blackmail, name-calling and persistently writing to someone against their will;
- sexual content and nudity. We always report sexual content involving minors to law enforcement;
- violence, praising violence and terrorism, encouraging self-harm, eating disorders and dangerous behaviour;
- selling or advertising drugs, doping, prescription medicines and weapons;
- spam, advertising without our consent, chain messages, scams, phishing and links to malware;
- impersonating other people or GO Push IT and creating fake accounts;
- publishing other people's personal data or images without consent, including tagging people in photos without their consent;
- infringing copyright and other rights;
- disrupting the Service, including:
- getting around security measures;
- automated data collection;
- copying the exercise library;
- faking ranking results;
- getting around a ban with a new account.
- The Community rules in the app are a short version of these rules. If they differ, these terms prevail.
Who sees your Content:
Content Who sees it profile name and photo every signed-in user, in people search posts, comments, reactions, photos, videos friends and crew workouts (without notes), GPS routes, monthly step total friends and crew messages chat participants events the audience you choose: all signed-in users (public event), friends, crews or only you People without an account do not see your Content.
Your Content remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, free licence to use it to the extent needed to run the Service:
- recording and copying it digitally, including in backups;
- changing file size and format;
- storing it in server memory;
- making it available to the audience you choose, at a time and place they choose.
The licence:
- covers the whole world, because the Service can be used from anywhere;
- allows our technical providers (hosting, database, notification delivery) to use the Content only to provide the Service;
- lasts as long as the Content is in the Service. It ends when you delete the Content or your account, with the exceptions in § 5(3).
We do not change the meaning of your Content. Changing size and format is only for display. We do not use your Content for advertising without your separate consent.
- By publishing Content you confirm that:
- you have the rights to it;
- the people shown in photos and videos, or tagged by you, have agreed to it.
- The author is responsible for their Content. We do not check Content before it is published. We act on reports (§ 7) and on signals about illegal content.
§ 7. Reporting Content and moderation
You can report Content with the "Report" button, which is next to all Content that others can see:
- next to posts, comments, messages and profiles;
- next to events, crews (name and photo) and group workouts.
The button works in the app and in the web panel. If you have no account or the button does not work, write to [email protected] with the subject "Report".
- There are two types of reports:
Illegal content, that is, content against the law. Give:
- an explanation of why you consider it illegal;
- its exact location, for example which post, event or profile, with the date and, if you can, a screenshot;
- your name (or company name) and email address. You do not have to give them when you report content related to child sexual abuse;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that your information is accurate and complete.
In the app and the web panel we take your name and email from your account.
- Breach of these terms or the Community rules. Choose a reason and briefly describe what happened.
- After you send a report you see a confirmation straight away. You also get it by email. Every new report reaches us by email straight away.
- How we handle reports:
- a person checks each one manually, without automated tools;
- we decide without undue delay, within 14 days at the latest;
- where there is a threat to life or health, we act straight away;
- we do not tell the author who reported their Content.
- We tell the person who reported about our decision by email, together with how to appeal (§ 8).
- When Content or behaviour breaks the law or these terms, we may:
- remove the Content or limit who can see it;
- warn the author;
- suspend the account for 7 to 30 days. During that time you cannot sign in to the app or the web panel;
- ban the account permanently, including for life.
- A permanent ban means that:
- we terminate the contract;
- you may not create a new account;
- we delete your data in line with the Privacy policy, except the record of the ban.
- When choosing what to do, we consider how serious the breach is, whether it is repeated, whether it was intentional and what harm it caused. We usually start with the milder action. For serious breaches we may ban the account permanently straight away. Serious breaches are:
- hate speech, including racist and religious hate speech;
- threats of violence;
- sexual content involving minors;
- sharing intimate images without consent;
- selling banned substances;
- scams;
- getting around a ban;
- further breaches after a suspension.
When we remove or limit your Content or ban your account, we email you:
- what we did and for how long;
- why, that is, which facts led to the decision;
- on what basis: which legal provision (illegal content) or which point of these terms;
- whether we acted on a report or on our own initiative;
- that a person made the decision, without automated tools;
- how to appeal, and that you can go to court.
We do not write only when the law or an authority forbids it.
- If we learn of Content that points to a crime threatening people's life or safety, we will inform the police or the prosecutor straight away.
You can block another user in their profile. Then:
- you do not see their Content or messages;
- you do not get notifications from them;
- the blocked person is not told about it.
You can undo the block in that person's profile.
- If someone often sends clearly unfounded reports, after a warning we may stop handling their reports for some time.
§ 8. Appeals against moderation decisions
You can appeal against our decision if you are the author of the Content or the person who reported it. This includes a decision to leave the Content up. Write to [email protected] with the subject "Appeal":
- say which decision you mean;
- explain why you disagree with it.
You have 6 months from receiving the information about the decision.
- A person reviews the appeal again, taking your explanation into account. We reply within 14 days. If we agree with you, we reverse the decision without delay: we restore the Content or unblock the account.
- Regardless of the appeal you can:
- go to court;
- complain to the Digital Services Coordinator, in electronic form. In Poland this is the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE).
§ 9. Points of contact
- The point of contact for users and for authorities of European Union countries, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services is [email protected].
- We write in Polish and English. A person answers, not an automated system.
- The postal address is in § 1(2).
§ 10. Events and group workouts
- GO Push IT helps you arrange to meet. We do not organise users' events and we are not a party to arrangements between them.
- The organiser is responsible for the description, date, place, rules and course of an event. Each participant is responsible for themselves.
- The cost per person and sports card discounts are information from the organiser. We do not collect payments and do not act as an intermediary in settlements. You settle directly with the organiser.
- Stay safe:
- meet in public places or in sports facilities, especially with people you do not know;
- tell someone close to you where you are going;
- do not give out your home address;
- report dangerous behaviour with the "Report" button;
- in an emergency call 112.
§ 11. Health and training safety
- GO Push IT is not a medical device. It does not give medical, dietary or physiotherapy advice.
- Plans, the muscle and recovery map, calories, records, points and Health Connect data are rough estimates. They may be inaccurate.
- You decide how and how much you train. Look after your safety and train within your limits:
- consult a doctor before you start training, and also if you are ill, injured, pregnant or taking medication;
- stop training if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
- The app does not replace a trainer, doctor, physiotherapist or lifeguard and does not call for help.
§ 12. Ranking, points and Health Connect data
The monthly ranking shows friends and crew. We award points for activity logged in the Service:
- workouts;
- records;
- sports activities;
- photos from group workouts;
- steps.
The way points are counted may change.
- The ranking is there for motivation. It gives no prizes or rights.
- If someone fakes results, we may correct the ranking and apply § 7.
- We read Health Connect data only after your separate consent. Details are in the Privacy policy.
§ 13. Intellectual property and licences
- The following belong to us or our licensors:
- the app and the website, including their texts and design;
- the exercise library as compiled by GO Push IT;
- the GO Push IT name and logo.
- Exercise and movement-phase images are illustrations generated with artificial intelligence. They show movements for illustration only. We make them available only within the Service.
- You may use the app, the website, the exercise library and the illustrations only within the Service, for your own use. Do not copy them, download them in bulk or share them outside the Service. Do not use the GO Push IT name and logo in a way that suggests cooperation with us or our endorsement.
In the Service we use materials by other authors under their licences:
- the muscle atlas (Ryan Graves, CC BY 4.0, modified);
- data and instructions from the exercises-dataset collection (Hasan Emir Yıldırım, MIT licence);
- fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1;
- maps © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL licence);
- open-source libraries.
The full list and licence texts are on gopushit.com/en/licenses/ and on the "Licences" screen in the app.
§ 14. Availability, updates and changes to the Service
- We try to keep the Service running without interruptions. Technical breaks and failures can still happen. We announce planned work in advance where possible.
- We deliver app updates through Google Play. Some updates, for example security fixes, may be needed to keep using the app. If you do not install, within a reasonable time, an update needed to keep the Service in conformity with the contract, we are not responsible for the resulting lack of conformity, provided we told you about the update and the consequences of not installing it.
We may change the Service when:
- we add or improve features;
- security requires it;
- the law changes or an authority makes a decision;
- our providers change.
A change is free of charge for you. We will tell you at least 14 days in advance, by email, about a change that significantly and negatively affects access to or use of the Service. We will say what changes and when. You can then withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving this information or of the change being made, whichever is later. Deleting your account or writing to [email protected] is enough. Before you leave you can download your data.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability to consumers where the law does not allow it, in particular for personal injury.
§ 15. Complaints
- You can send a complaint by email to [email protected] or by post to the address in § 1(2). This covers, for example, the Service not working as these terms describe, or lost data.
Give:
- your account email address;
- a description of the problem and the date;
- what you expect.
The app version or browser name also helps. Do not send your password.
- We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint, by email or by post, in the way you wrote to us. If we do not reply within that time, we treat the complaint as justified.
- If the Service does not conform to the contract, we will bring it into conformity within a reasonable time and at no cost to you. If that fails or we refuse, you can withdraw from the contract. You can delete your account at any time anyway (§ 5(2)).
- Appeals against moderation decisions are handled under § 8.
- We do not agree to take part in out-of-court consumer dispute resolution. If a complaint does not resolve the dispute, we will send you by email:
- information that the competent authorised body for us is the Voivodeship Inspector of Trade Inspection in Lublin (Wojewódzki Inspektor Inspekcji Handlowej w Lublinie);
- a statement that we do not agree to take part in such proceedings.
As a consumer you can also get free help from:
- a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów);
- the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej).
The President of UOKiK (Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection) keeps a register of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution bodies. You do not have to use them before going to court.
§ 16. Personal data
The controller of your data is the provider named in § 1(2). How we process data, your rights and account deletion are described in:
- the Privacy policy: gopushit.com/en/privacy-policy/;
- the account deletion page: gopushit.com/en/delete-account/.
§ 17. Paid services
- Today the Service is entirely free of charge.
If we introduce paid features, before we make them available we will describe:
- the price;
- the period and renewal;
- the payment method;
- cancellation;
- the right to withdraw from the contract.
You buy them only if you clearly agree to it.
- If a free feature is to become paid, we will tell you at least 14 days in advance. You will not lose data you have already saved.
§ 18. Changes to these terms
- We may change these terms for an important reason:
- a change in the law or a decision of an authority;
- new or changed features;
- users' safety;
- a change of providers;
- making the text clearer.
- We will tell you about a change at least 14 days before it takes effect, by email and in the app. We will say what changes.
- If you do not accept the changes, you can delete your account before they take effect, at no cost. If you keep using the Service after that day, the new version applies to you.
- A change required by law or for security may take effect sooner if the law requires it.
§ 19. Governing law and disputes
- The contract is governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer from another European Union country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of your country's law.
- Disputes are resolved by the court that has jurisdiction under the general rules.
- Out-of-court ways to resolve a dispute are described in § 15(6) and (7).
§ 20. Final provisions
- These terms are effective from 4 November 2026.
- If your account was created before that day:
- on that day we will send you these terms by email;
- the first time you open the app or sign in to the web panel, we will ask you to accept them. The terms bind you from the moment you accept them;
- until you accept them, you can download your data and delete your account (§ 5(2)), but you do not use the other features.
- The Community rules form an integral part of these terms. Related documents are the Privacy policy and the Licences page.
- We publish previous versions of these terms on the website with the dates they were in force.
